The University was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 404 of June 23, 2020. Today, it is a state-registered private higher education institution with a legal license. This University was created in connection with the need to improve the quality of knowledge and develop practical professional skills of specialists in the field of information technology, business, and education.
The total area of the university is 2,8439 hectares, of which the area of educational buildings and structures is 5,981 square meters, the total area of classrooms is 2,286 square meters, the area of decorative and fruit trees on the university grounds is 1,100 square meters, and 295 square meters are allocated for the library and reading room.
Currently, 1049 students study at TIUE University. The University trains specialists in the following areas of bachelor's and master's specialties:

Today, 57 professors and teachers teach at the university, including 5 Doctors of Science (DSc), 14 Candidates of Science (PhD), 38 independent researchers, and teachers with academic degrees or titles.
Along with classrooms equipped in accordance with modern requirements, the university will have lecture halls with all amenities, a spacious and comfortable conference hall, a dining hall, and medical rooms. The educational process will be conducted in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
TIUE International University has established effective cooperation with such prestigious higher educational institutions as the OTHM organization (Great Britain), Portsmouth University (Great Britain), USM University (Malaysia), INTI International University (Malaysia), Inha University in Tashkent (IUT), Dongshin University (Republic of Korea), MDIS University (Singapore), Amity University (India).
Students with an OTHM diploma will have the opportunity to continue their studies in the relevant undergraduate and graduate programs at various universities in the UK.
The university has a student dormitory with 60 beds.
Procedure for accommodation in student dormitories:
📌 Submitting an application to the Student and Youth Support Department for dormitory accommodation.
✓ Provide all necessary documents requested by the department.
🔹 A student is allocated a place in the dormitory after the full payment specified in the dormitory agreement is made.
🔹 The student assumes full responsibility for their life and health while living in the dormitory.
🔹 The student is personally responsible for timely payment of the monthly payment when staying in the dormitory.
Various academic clubs, sports teams, theater groups, and music groups have been organized at the university by the student association. The university also has an information resource center - a number of educational resources. The ARM is equipped with computers connected to the Internet, a copying device and printers, online databases, and an electronic library system for students. The current fund of the Information Resource Center is as follows:
The university currently uses the lms.tiue.uz educational platform as an education management system. This platform is used for:
• determination of student attendance;
• announcement of the class schedule;
• placement of educational materials and educational content by modules (for example, books, slides, notes, worksheets, quizzes, etc.);
• announce homework, midterm exams, coursework, etc.
• send important information, announcements, personal messages, and post feedback from teachers;
• announcement of the state of financial debt and payment;
• announcement of prices;
and others.
