Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Talim Telekanali (talimtelekanali.uz) and its related projects — the Instagram accounts @talim_telekanali and @ajabsanoat, the Telegram channel @Talim_telekanali, @OliygohTanlashBot and our admin bot — collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

On our Instagram accounts (@talim_telekanali, @ajabsanoat). We use Meta's official Instagram API to manage our own accounts. When you comment on our posts, we receive:

• the comment text;
• your username and the comment ID;
• the time of the comment.

We only access public comments on our own posts. We do not access your direct messages, followers, other posts or any private data.

In our Telegram bots. When you use our bots, we store the Telegram user ID, name and username provided by Telegram, and your choices in the bot (e.g. fields of study you are interested in).

On our website. Technical data needed to run the site (IP address, browser type, time of visit) is kept briefly in server logs. Cookies are used to remember your language choice.

2. How we use information

• to reply to your comments (replies may be drafted with the help of artificial intelligence);
• to pick new video ideas from suggestions in comments;
• to detect spam and abusive comments;
• to provide the service you request in our Telegram bots (e.g. university lists, reminders);
• to operate our website and services.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with others for advertising, and do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to do the above: Meta (Instagram API), Telegram, Anthropic (comment text is sent to draft a reply) and DigitalOcean (hosting). They process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Retention

• Instagram comment data: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Telegram bot data: while you use the bot or until you ask us to delete it.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.

5. Security

Data is stored on a secured server accessible only to project administrators. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

7. Children

Our services are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 13.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with its date.
