The Government Resolution "On Additional Measures to Support and Incentivize Creative Youth" (No. 329, dated May 27, 2025) has been adopted.

🔰 According to the resolution, the following measures will be implemented to support talented youth in the field of culture and art:

🔹 A unified platform for coordinating the activities of creative youth will be introduced and integrated into the "ERP culture" unified management system;

🔹 A "Creative TechnoLaboratory" will be established for the use of artificial intelligence and modern technologies in the cultural sphere;

🔹 "Creative Youth Club" activities will be set up in general secondary and secondary specialized educational institutions;

🔹 The "Culture Volunteers" social movement will be launched.

✔️ Additionally, every year at least 4 leading specialists and renowned artists from around the world will be involved in the educational process, and at least 4 creative young people will be sent to foreign countries for exchange of experience.

💸 Measures will be taken to allocate creative grants of up to 100 times the Basic Calculation Amount (BCA) for "Start-Up" projects in the field of culture and art.

📝 Starting from 2026, competitions and festivals for young people will be organized based on the annual calendar plan approved by the Ministry of Culture.
