Personnel training will be organized based on the principle of "school - technical school (lyceum) - university," the Ministry of Justice reports.

It is noted that from the 2025-2026 academic year, at least 25% of practical classes and laboratory work on the relevant educational programs will be conducted by foreign professors, professional specialists with international certificates.

Starting September 1, 2025, pilot training will be launched based on the "school - technical school (lyceum) - university" principle. In this case, general education schools No. 250 and No. 273 of the Yunusabad district of the city of Tashkent are assigned to the university, and the university:

- once a month, conducts extracurricular activities in the laboratories of the university for students of grades 7-9 on topics related to the specified areas within their interests;

- ensures safe access for students to university laboratories.

In addition, the "University - Laboratory - Enterprise - Ministry" ecosystem will be implemented.

According to the decree, the "University - Laboratory - Enterprise - Ministry" ecosystem will be implemented from September 1 of this year. Within the ecosystem, annually:

- applications for conducting scientific research are accepted from cooperating construction industry enterprises;

- announcement and selection of the "Best 20 Ideas" competition among students, undergraduates, and researchers;

- conducting research in laboratories on the winning projects.

- The Chamber of Commerce and Industry will also provide financial incentives to authors of scientific research implemented in practice in the amount of 35 BRV.

From September 1, 2025, the activities of all laboratories of state higher educational institutions in the field of architecture and construction will be coordinated by the university through the UniLab platform.
