If the pedagogue has several certificates, the issue of paying them a bonus is regulated according to paragraph 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-134 dated May 11, 2022. According to this decree, a 20 percent bonus will be allocated to pedagogues for certificates obtained through the national evaluation system of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills.

If the pedagogue has an internationally recognized certificate (for example, GMAT) for which a 50 percent bonus is paid, and he has also obtained a national certificate, the following procedure applies in this case:

Highest Bonus Payable: Pursuant to Presidential Decree Section 9, Subparagraph (g), educators with multiple certifications are awarded only the highest percentage bonus. This means that if the international GMAT certificate gives you a 50 percent bonus, no additional bonus is calculated for the national certificate.

Example: If you have a GMAT certificate and are getting a 50 percent bonus based on that, the additional 20 percent bonus will not be added when you earn a national certificate. Premiums are based only on the certificate providing the highest percentage.
