The Ministry of Education and Science has published permits for entrance exams at foreign and non-state higher education institutions. The tests will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

How to get the permit?

Applicants taking the test can download their permit from their personal account on the my.uzbmb.uz website. The permit specifies the date, venue and time of the test, so it is important to read it carefully.

What to keep in mind on test day

• Arrive on time, no later than the time stated on the permit;
• Enter the testing building with an identity document: a passport or ID card;
• Do not bring unnecessary items to the exam: electronic devices, bags, books, notebooks, writing tools, drinks, food and other personal belongings.

For applicants, this is an important stage of the admission process. Those planning to apply to foreign or non-state universities should check the date and venue in advance and save the permit by downloading it before the test day.

For more information, applicants are advised to follow the messages in their personal accounts.
