Wide opportunities have been created for the activities of private universities. However, 70 percent of students studying in the field of pedagogy are trained in preschool education, primary education, and philology.

"If we do not increase the number of teachers of exact and natural sciences, how will we supply thousands of personnel in such relevant areas as IT, "green" energy, "artificial intelligence," "new materials"? From now on, the pedagogical directions in private universities will be the same as in state institutes," the President said.

The knowledge of teachers and students in them undergoes external diagnostics. Thus, the quality of teacher training in non-state universities will be monitored.
