Philology and Language Teaching: Tajik Language

What is taught in this field

The program focuses on in-depth study of the Tajik language and on acquiring the skills to teach it. During their studies, students learn the grammar, vocabulary and speaking practice of Tajik and get acquainted with Tajik literature. Core subjects include fundamentals of linguistics, translation theory and practice, language teaching methodology, pedagogy and psychology.
