What is taught in this field

The Chemistry programme studies the structure of substances, their properties, interactions and the laws governing their transformations. Core subjects include general chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry and analytical chemistry, as well as the foundations of mathematics, physics and biology. In laboratory classes students learn to carry out experiments, analyse substances and interpret the results.
