Sports Activity: Uzbek Martial Arts

What is taught in this field

The programme combines the foundations of Uzbek martial arts with the scientific and practical aspects of sports activity. Students bring together theoretical knowledge and extensive hands-on training. The main subjects and skills include:

• technical and tactical foundations of Uzbek wrestling (kurash) and national martial arts;
