Sports Activity: Sports Acrobatics

What is taught in this program

Students study the technique of sports acrobatics and the methodology of training in depth. The curriculum includes core subjects such as anatomy, physiology, sports hygiene, biomechanics and sports psychology. Students also receive training in sports theory and methodology, gymnastics, choreography and training safety.

In practical classes, students learn to perform acrobatic elements, build pair and group routines, and develop skills for teaching children and teenagers. Pedagogical practice gives them experience of working with pupils.
