Just yesterday, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on amendments and additions to certain government decisions. Among the changes introduced, the most encouraging one is that now all teachers, regardless of their category, can participate as candidates to receive monthly bonuses from the minister's fund. Now our teachers no longer need to feel upset if their candidacy was not accepted by regional councils. This is because they can directly become candidates themselves by participating in qualification category tests.
