Government Resolution No. 362 of June 12, 2025, amended Resolution No. 393 of June 20, 2017.

Until now, a citizen's application for transfer and reinstatement of studies from correspondence (special correspondence) education to full-time education and from one field of correspondence (special correspondence) education to another would be rejected. Now this paragraph has been removed.

It should be recalled that according to the presidential decree, starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, admission to the correspondence form of education has been terminated.
