Starting from July 1, 2022, it is possible to get a duplicate of the certificate online without leaving home for citizens who have applied through my.gov.uz and disappeared or become unusable for various reasons.

A certificate (Arabic: شهادة - to testify) is an official document of graduation from an educational institution; a certificate.

The duplicate with the QR code is equivalent to the original, which the applicant can download absolutely free from the "My applications" section. The duplicate of the certificate will not be deleted from the system after downloading. There is an option to download it again if necessary!

Within the service:

a duplicate of the certificate is now issued within 5 days (previously expected for months);

to receive a duplicate of the certificate, an application is sent through my.gov.uz, and the duplicate is issued electronically through the portal (previously, both to apply and to take the document away from the school);

the application is accepted online, without human intervention, personal data is automatically integrated with other systems, and no other documents are requested (previously, up to 5 documents were submitted to the school: an application, a newspaper announcement about the disappearance of a document, a certificate from the office of finds, a copy of the passport, a certificate from the registry office about a change of surname).

To date, more than 8 thousand citizens have managed to receive a duplicate of the certificate remotely.
