According to Clause 38 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Training Candidates for the Position of Director of State General Secondary Educational Institutions in Management Training Courses and Issuing a Management Certificate, approved by the Appendix to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 681 of December 25, 2023, candidates who have not achieved the established score have the right to participate in one subsequent final examination within a year.

In this case, principals who did not pass the final examination for the first time can participate in the final examination once within two months.

Principals who do not participate in the final examination within this period or fail to achieve the required score in the second final examination will be dismissed from their positions in accordance with the established procedure.
