An applicant who did not pass the test has the right to file an appeal with the agency within five working days from the date of publication of the test results.
Applicants who are dissatisfied with their results can file an appeal within 3 days through the website my.gov.uz. The appeal will be considered within two weeks.
For the consideration of the appeal, an Appeals Commission is formed by order of the Director of the Agency, consisting of 5 or 7 employees of the Agency (not exceeding thirty percent of the total number of members of the Commission) and teachers of the education system.
Members of the Examination Commission are not included in the Appeals Committee. The appeal will be considered within two weeks. The applicant is notified of the decision of the Appeals Commission in writing or electronically.
Based on the results of the review of the appeal, one of the following decisions is made:
- to leave the test results unchanged and refuse to satisfy the appeal;
- modification of test results and satisfaction of the appeal.
If the arguments presented by the applicant are not confirmed, a decision is made to refuse to satisfy the appeal.
If the arguments presented by the applicant are recognized as valid, the test results are changed by decision of the appellate commission.
Reminder! Repeated appeals are not permitted.
Also, the applicant may appeal the decision of the Appeals Commission to the court in the manner prescribed by law.
