News 07/04/2025 Students with a national certificate are exempt from final exams

Students who have a state-issued certificate of proficiency in foreign languages and general education subjects listed in Appendix 2 of Order No. 65 of the Minister of Preschool and School Education dated February 20, 2025, will be assessed based on the evaluation criteria provided in the appendix, and will be exempted from exams in the relevant subjects.

According to this:

Students who have a B level or higher certificate in a foreign language subject are exempt from taking the final exam and are awarded a grade of 5 in this subject.

Students who have a national certificate are exempt from taking the final exam, and they are given the following grades in this subject:

Grade 5 for A and A+, grade 4 for B and B+, grade 3 for C and C+.

For certificates with an unlimited (unspecified) validity period, the exemption applies for three years from the date of certificate issuance, as prescribed by law.
