According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 16, 2025, No. 14 "On measures to organize dual education in the higher education system," dual education will be introduced in the higher education system from the 2025-2026 academic year.

According to it, starting from the 2025-2026 academic year:

• In the higher education system, gradual training based on dual education will be established, and a dual education system "Professor" will be created;
• The dual education system "Professor" will be introduced at the first stage for 3rd and 4th year students of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry;
• practical classes for students are conducted in cooperation with enterprises, and this process is coordinated by the higher educational institution and the practice manager;
• on the basis of dual education, the part of the salary of up to 2 million soums for the period of activity of students in enterprises will be covered at the expense of the State Employment Promotion Fund.
