Admission for research internships, Basic Doctoral (PhD) and Doctoral (DSc) programs occurs once a year: from September 15 to October 15 (dates may vary).

❗️It is forbidden to require the following from applicants:

🔗Coordinating the application with the department or any responsible person;

🔗Recommendation letter from the workplace;

🔗Articles must be published in journals from the list of scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission;

🔗Obtaining the scientific secretary's signature or organization's stamp on the list of scientific works;

🔗Having a brief biographical information form certified by the workplace;

❗️These requirements contradict the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 304 dated May 22, 2017.
