If such a situation is observed, administrative responsibility will be imposed on the parents

According to Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their obligations to raise and educate minors, including leading to the commission of an administrative offense by minors:
- entails a fine from one to five times the base calculation amount.

Accordingly, parents who did not send their child to school will be fined under the aforementioned article.

According to the instruction of the class teacher of a general secondary educational institution, approved by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 190 dated June 27, 2023, the class teacher must monitor attendance in the classroom, contact the parents, determine the reasons for non-attendance and submit information to the school leadership.

According to Appendix 1 to this order, one of the duties of the State Educational and Scientific Center is to organize the activities of class teachers and monitor the attendance of students.

Accordingly, if the class teacher does not fulfill the above obligation, then a disciplinary measure is applied to the class teacher in accordance with Article 312 of the Labor Code.

However, when the class leader fulfills his obligation to attend, this responsibility applies to the school district.

In accordance with Article 312 of the Labor Code, the employer has the right to apply the following disciplinary measures to an employee for violating labor discipline:
1) reprimand;
2) a fine not exceeding thirty percent of the average monthly salary.
3) termination of the employment contract (paragraphs 3 and 4 of part two of Article 100).
According to Article 313 of this Code, the aforementioned types of punishment can only be imposed by persons authorized to apply it. The employer has the right to apply disciplinary measures to the employee.
