Tashkent Branch of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia

The Tashkent Branch of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia is a pedagogical higher education institution in Tashkent that operates as a separate structural unit of a Russian Federation university. Teaching at the branch is conducted in Russian. Applicants can choose full-time, part-time, or blended learning study formats.

History

The branch was established by Presidential Decree PQ-4857 of 8 October 2020. The first students were admitted in September 2021. On 1 October 2024, the branch's new campus with an area of 15 thousand square meters was opened. At the time, 1.5 thousand students were studying at the branch, and the plan was to increase enrollment to up to 3 thousand. On 26 March 2026, 39 master's graduates received their diplomas.

Planned for the 2026/2027 academic year: digital education, adaptive physical culture, correctional pedagogy, and artificial intelligence.
