According to the regulation approved by the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers (No. 87 dated 12.02.2024), the teacher is given another opportunity.

If they also score below 56 points, then the employment contract with the teacher will be terminated.

Also, an applicant with a score of less than 56 points based on the results of the control test is considered not to have passed the control test.

For applicants who, for valid reasons, could not participate in the control test, as well as those who participated in the control test for the first time and did not pass it, an extraordinary control test is organized annually before the start of the new academic year.

The date of registration for participation in the extraordinary control test and the deadline for conducting the control test will be announced through the official website of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

The procedure for registration and its conduct for participation in the extraordinary control test is determined in accordance with this Regulation.

An employment contract with an applicant who participated in an unscheduled control test and did not score enough points is terminated in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.

For re-participation in the control test, the applicant pays a fee in the amount of one basic calculated value.
