In this case, decisions regarding the departure of excursion, tourist, and other groups of students from educational institutions are typically made no later than 3 days before the departure date.

After obtaining permission from the district (city) department of preschool and school education for the trip, the administration of the educational institution (organizer) may conclude a contract with the carrier.

The administration of the educational institution, no later than three working days before the departure date and after concluding a contract with the carrier, submits an application for escort arrangements to the State Road Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, indicating the date of travel and route, as well as a list of all passengers and information about the buses.
