These students can also transfer their studies to state universities. For this, the following documents are required from the student:

➖Transcript indicating the period of study (or academic certificate)

➖Order of expulsion from the student body.

Based on these documents, it is possible to submit an application for transfer and take the exams. There are no legal restrictions in this process.

Additionally, expelled students can reinstate their studies within the following periods:

➖ Up to 5 years - by order of the rector;

➖ From 5 to 10 years - based on a decision of the relevant ministry or agency;

➖ More than 10 years - by decision of the interdepartmental commission.

This procedure is implemented based on Resolution No. 393 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 20, 2017.
