The legislative framework in the field of education will be comprehensively systematized, and a draft Education Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be developed.

According to the project:

• • systematization of concepts and norms of laws and regulations regulating the sphere of education;
• • Improvement of provisions aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of a person to education;
• • Strengthening the status of teachers, protecting their dignity and caring for them;
• • creation of benefits for teachers, strengthening their place in society;

It is envisaged to establish the responsibility of educational entities and parents for the formation of an environment based on a culture of human rights in educational organizations.

The development of the draft Code is defined in the "roadmap" for the implementation of the National Strategy of Uzbekistan on Human Rights until 2030.
