According to the presidential decree, starting last year, admission processes are carried out in the following two stages based on the "test first, then selection" principle:
1️⃣ First stage: Applicants register for the test from June 5 to June 25 (including June 25). At this stage, applicants only choose the set of subjects for the test, the language of instruction, and the test location, as well as the university where they will take the professional (creative) exam if it's part of the entrance requirements;
That is, in the first stage, a specific university or institute is not selected. Applicants only determine which subjects they'll be tested on, in which language, and in which region. Statements like "I applied to the Law University" or "I applied to the Medical Academy" don't apply to the first stage.
✅ Exams will be held in July-August.
2️⃣ Second stage: After all test examinations are fully completed, applicants have 15 days to choose a higher education institution, a bachelor's degree program, and a form of education.
In other words, based on their test scores, after all tests are completed, they choose which university's program to apply to. There will be 15 days for consideration and analysis.
❓What happens to those who couldn't get into university?
If applicants cannot secure a place at universities, they can choose a college and (or) technical school based on their test scores. Those who didn't gain admission will be given another 10 days to choose a college or technical school after the announcement of the final results of university admissions (mandate).
