Important information for students with outstanding debts from the first semester.
Students who have transferred their studies but have an uncompleted subject (debt) from the 1st semester may encounter problems receiving a contact letter. What should be done in this situation?
📌 According to Resolution No. 393, if a student has an uncompleted subject from the first semester, their application for transfer may be rejected.
📌 However, for the 2024 winter transfer, applications from first-year students with conditional debts were accepted, and most of them were recommended for transfer.
What should be done in this situation?
To receive a contact letter, you must clear the debt from the 1st semester at your previous university.
You need to obtain a new transcript showing that the debt from the 1st semester has been completely cleared.
With the new transcript, you can go to the university you transferred to and receive a contact letter.
⚠️ Important distinction
First-year students can only clear their 1st semester debt at their previous university.
For second-year students and above, outstanding debts can be cleared at their new university.
