Within what timeframe are applications for transfer to higher education institutions accepted?

Main reception: annually from July 15 to August 5, decisions are made from August 5 to August 30. In the presence of valid (mandatory) reasons, decisions are made: annually from December 20 to January 20; from January 25 to February 15.

If the application is resolved positively, in what order will the next process be carried out?

The rector of the receiving higher educational institution issues an order based on an official letter from the relevant ministry (agency) or the State Commission. The host institution submits a request to send a personal file to the higher educational institution where the student previously studied. Based on this request, the previous higher education institution issues an order on the expulsion of the student within three days and transfers the personal file (or academic certificate in closed fields) to the receiving institution or to the student with an application.

Under what conditions can students studying on a state grant be transferred to a corresponding or related field while retaining the grant?

When a student studying on the basis of a state grant is transferred to a corresponding (related) field of study (specialty), the grant is retained. Within the framework of the special quota allocated to the blind and disabled, relocation will also be carried out with the preservation of state grants. In all other cases, including transfer from foreign higher educational institutions, it is carried out on a paid-contract basis.

What is the procedure for transferring students studying in foreign higher educational institutions to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan?

In general, a special test (test, written work, or professional (creative) exam) is required from the student in the direction of the transferred higher educational institution. The result will be submitted to the State Commission. Students whose spouse or parents have been officially returned to the country by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from their place of state service abroad, as well as those sent to study abroad by government decisions or assignments, are transferred without examinations by decision of the State Commission. Students of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, included in the top 1000 in the international ranking, can be transferred on a paid-contract basis without examinations (based on the decision of the State Commission). Students studying at the master's level are not allowed to be transferred. If the transferring higher education institution does not have the language of instruction chosen by the student, the language of instruction is determined based on the citizen's application.

How is the admission of a transferred student to the student body formalized?

The order is issued by the rector of the host higher educational institution upon receipt of a personal file (or, in the case of a closed program, an academic certificate) from the institution where the student previously studied. Those transferred on a paid-contract basis are admitted to the student body within 10 days after full payment of the established contract fees.

In what case is a student admitted when differences between subjects are identified?

In this case, the student is accepted as an academic debtor. After the elimination of academic debt during the current semester, the rector of the higher educational institution issues an order on the awarding of a scholarship to the student.

What procedure is provided for the transfer of students studying on a paid-contract basis with a legal entity?

For students studying under a contract with a legal entity, the transfer is carried out, first of all, with the written consent of this legal entity. Movement is prohibited without consent.
