In connection with the beginning of the new academic year, it is not harmful for all students, especially those who entered the 1st year, to learn the following rules on scholarship:

For those studying on a state grant:

• as a general rule, all those studying on a state grant will receive a basic scholarship of 517,880 soums;
• if a student studying on a state grant at the end of the semester receives an "excellent" (5) grade in all subjects (rating score 86 points and above), then he will be awarded a scholarship with an increase in the basic amount of scholarship by 20%, that is, currently in the amount of 621,456 soums;
• if a student studying on a state grant receives a "satisfactory" (3) grade (rating indicator - less than 71 points) in 30% or more subjects, the scholarship will not be paid during the next semester.
• if a student studying on a state grant does not cover all subjects with a full score of 5 or does not receive a score of 3 more than 30%, then a basic stipend - 517,880 soums will be assigned to him.

For those studying on a paid contract basis:

• if the student paid a scholarship contract, he will receive a basic stipend of 517 thousand 880 soums each month, regardless of the performance indicator, and if he paid without a scholarship, he will not receive it;
• if a student studying on a paid contract closes all subjects at a "5" in the semester, he will receive the following scholarship:

1. those who paid scholarships - 621,456 soums (517,880 + 103,576);
2. those who paid the contract without a scholarship - 103 thousand 576 soums (20% from 517,800).

Therefore, even students studying on a contract without a scholarship, if they receive a "5" grade in all subjects, they will be awarded a scholarship of 103,576 soums at the expense of the University's Student Incentive Fund. Those who are studying on a scholarship contract will receive 20% more, that is, 621,456 soums;

• students who paid the fee-contract with a scholarship, regardless of whether they close the session at 3 or 4, will receive a guaranteed monthly scholarship of 517,880 soums.

Obtaining scholarships for individual categories of students:

• at the end of the previous academic semester, students with disabilities of the 1st and 2nd groups, regardless of their academic performance in subjects (who do not have academic debt), will be awarded and paid a stipend in the amount of 776,820 soums (517,800 + 258,940), which is 50 percent higher than the basic amount of the scholarship (grant or contract).
• at the end of the previous academic semester, students belonging to the group of orphans and children deprived of parental care who are fully covered by the state (without debts on subjects), regardless of the indicators of their mastery of subjects, are assigned and paid a stipend in the amount of 776 thousand 820 soums (517 800 + 258 940) 50 percent higher than the basic amount of the scholarship at the expense of the Student Incentive Fund.
