According to Presidential Decree No. PP-4611 dated February 24, 2020, candidates possessing the following international accountant certificates have the right to enter master's programs in "Accounting" and "Audit" specialties at higher educational institutions on a paid-contract basis without taking entrance exams:

• ➖"Certified International Professional Accountant (CIPA) "
• ➖"Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) "
• ➖"Certified Public Accountant (CPA) "
• ➖"Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) "
