Articles 09/04/2025 Under what circumstances are 1st and 2nd-year students considered to have academic debts?

➡️Situation 1: If a student misses 25% or more of the classroom hours allocated to a subject without a valid reason;

➡️Situation 2: If the student's average score for ongoing assessments at the end of the course is less than 60;

➡️Situation 3: If a student scores less than 60 points on the midterm or final exams at the end of the subject.

(In this case, the student is given the opportunity to retake the midterm exam twice (based on the permission of the dean's office and the decision of the Coordination Council), and to retake the final exam twice (once with the permission of the dean's office, and a second time based on the decision of the Coordination Council on a paid basis during the attestation period, where the payment amount is 30% of the amount paid for the summer semester).

❕ Students with academic debts are granted the opportunity to retake courses during their summer vacation after making the payment in the prescribed manner, if they wish to do so.
