Key changes in professional development

• Course duration: Advanced training courses are adjusted for a period of 1 month.
• Re-transition period: Teachers will participate in professional development courses once every 5 years.

Advanced Training Plan Calendar

Teachers who have advanced online in 2024:

• Specialists with secondary specialized and higher education (stage teachers), teachers of the first and highest categories with a validity period of 1 year are planned for 2025.
• Teachers of the second category and the remaining teachers of the first and higher categories will be scheduled for 2026.

Teachers who have advanced training offline in 2024:

• Specialists with secondary specialized and higher education (trainee teachers) are planned for 2027.
• Teachers of the second and first categories will be scheduled for 2028.
• Higher category teachers, as well as all teachers who have retained their category for life, will be scheduled for 2029.

System Purpose

• Updating the knowledge and skills of teachers based on modern requirements.
• Regulating and increasing the effectiveness of the professional development process.
• Regular updating of qualification requirements in accordance with the categories and positions of teachers.
