Disciplinary measures can be applied to teachers who have not come to work.
First, if the teacher does not come to work, does not complete his lessons on time, a corresponding mark is made on the sheet.
According to this rule, if the teacher does not come to work, then the mark P (proguls) is set in Appendix 55 to the Instructions on Accounting in Budgetary Organizations.
After that, disciplinary action against him begins in the appropriate order. According to Article 312 of the new edition of the Labor Code, the employer has the right to apply the following disciplinary measures to an employee for violating labor discipline:
1) hayfshan;
2) a fine in the amount not exceeding thirty percent of the average monthly salary.
3) termination of the employment contract (paragraphs 3 and 4 of part two of article 100).
According to Article 313 of this Code, the aforementioned types of punishment may be imposed only by persons authorized to apply it.
