A presidential decree "On increasing the salaries of employees working in the field of culture and art, information and library and museums" was adopted

According to the decision, the salaries of employees of state cultural institutions and organizations will be increased in the following amounts:

From January 1, 2025, - 20 percent;

From July 1, 2025, it will be increased by another 15%.

A system for evaluating the effectiveness of work of employees working in state cultural institutions and organizations (KPI) will be introduced.
