News 18/06/2025 Attention doctoral students: A number of changes have been made to the basic doctoral program

According to Government Resolution No. 362, adopted on June 12, 2025, a number of changes were made to the procedure for expulsion from basic doctoral studies and doctoral studies. These changes are aimed at improving the discipline and quality of doctoral students' scientific activities.

Circumstances in respect of which a document may be suspended

At his own request

If a doctoral student does not wish to continue their studies, they may leave the doctoral program based on their written application.

Due to health

If there are health problems confirmed by the medical commission, the doctoral candidate is expelled from studies.

Non-fulfillment of individual plans

If a doctoral candidate fails to fulfill their assigned academic plan, this situation is considered a serious disciplinary error.

🔹 Doctoral students who fail to fulfill individual plans will be dismissed by decision of the collegial body and will not be reinstated.

Dismissal for organizational and disciplinary reasons

Violation of internal regulations

If a doctoral student violates the institution's internal regulations three or more times, they will be expelled on this basis.

Imprisonment by court sentence

If a doctoral student is sentenced to imprisonment by a court, they are expelled from their studies.

Do not submit a report

Failure to submit annual or interim reports within the established timeframe will also be grounds for suspension.

Violation of the requirements of the dissertation

Violation of the rules in the process of preparing and defending a dissertation leads to serious consequences for the doctoral candidate.
