Articles 16/01/2025 10 countries in the world where happy children live

The slogan "All good things are for children" resonates in all countries. The attention of the whole world today is focused on the "flowers of life" - that is, children. Industries and businesses producing children's products are generating billions of dollars in revenue.

Every parent wants to raise their children and raise them no less than anyone else. But how do the children themselves evaluate their lives? Representatives of the UN Children's Fund asked children from 29 countries the question "How satisfied are you with your life?" And based on the responses of children from different countries, they compiled a list of countries where the happiest children live. Let's get acquainted with ten of them.

1st place - Netherlands

For young Dutchmen, their country is a paradise free from prohibitions. Dutch people have always loved freedom, and therefore they do not want their children in anything and do not contradict their will in anything. They also do not put pressure on their children in terms of education and upbringing. In the Netherlands, even at family gatherings, children make the final decision. That is why small dictators live happily in their countries.

2nd place – Iceland

Iceland has the same traditions as Holland, except it's very cold. It was this factor that prevented a country with the second name "Island of Geysers" from rising to the top of the list. A lot of freedom has been created for children here. Fathers work hard, mothers are busy with household chores, and children spend most of their time in kindergartens and schools. However, despite this, children feel very free and happy.

3rd place – Spain

This country, with its family culture, cannot be excluded from the third place in our list. In Spain, children are raised in a sacred sacred sacred sacred sacred sacrament. Parents never leave their children alone at home, nor do they go to school alone until they reach the age of 12. Someone - often grandparents - is always available so that they can call the child's relatives from kindergarten or school. If a child is left unattended for an hour, vigilant people will call the police. Of course, children raised under such palpations do not live badly.

4th place - Finland

This country is on this list because of its education system. Elementary school students are not assigned grades, homework is not given, and they are not tormented by various tests. How wonderful!

5th place – Greece

Belgium is known for its chocolate in the world. Here, children can eat sweets without any restrictions. In addition, the independence of the little ones is commendable. He wears it if he wants it or not, even if his parents say so, the child will not do what he wants. Perhaps they should be reprimanded? What do you mean, it can't possibly happen there.

7th place – Norway

In Norway, children's toys, hobbies, and sports are not classified as boys' or girls'. No one says, "Don't cry, you're a boy," or "What are you doing, you're a girl?" Children are interested in what they want, show their feelings as much as they want, and play with the toys they want. As long as they like it, no one will stop them.

8th place – Switzerland

Switzerland is a country of accurate watches and reliable banks. At the same time, children are placed in boarding schools before they go to school, and despite this, they feel comfortable there. Of course, in this boarding school for children under 7 years old, the children do not teach any lessons, do not learn letters, do not memorize multiplication tables. Children in this boarding school receive education through interesting games, various activities, nature observation, and playful laughter. By the way, educators such as Pestalotssi, Rudolf Steiner, Maria Montesorri lived and worked in Switzerland.

9th place – Estonia

According to UNICEF, 86% of surveyed Estonian toddlers have excellent communication skills with their mothers. And thanks to this factor, Estonia was among the top 10 countries where happy children live.

10th place - Slovenia

The people of this country never disclose their feelings to their loved ones, including the little ones. However, this coolness in relationships cannot dampen the feeling of happiness in the hearts of the little ones. The children here are very happy.
