According to the resolution of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan "On monitoring student attendance, involvement in education, and categorization of general secondary schools based on the situation of offenses," any unpleasant incidents that occurred during the lesson process will be reviewed through surveillance cameras with the participation of the school administration and an inspector-psychologist.
At least once a month, the problems of schoolchildren will be solved on the spot by organizing "Meetings of the Head and Youth" with the heads of regional, district (city) khokimiyats.
Responsible managers assigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs participate in upbringing lessons held with students on Fridays, and they are tasked with explaining offenses and conducting explanatory work on their consequences.
At parent meetings, with the participation of the school administration, the mahalla committee, and inspector-psychologists, issues related to student attendance, upbringing, behavior, and behavior of students who regularly miss classes are discussed.
At the end of each month, based on the analysis of crimes committed during the reporting period, all schools of the republic will be divided into "green," "yellow," and "red" categories. The lists of "green," "yellow," and "red" category schools are maintained by the regional, district, and city departments and subdivisions for juvenile affairs of the internal affairs bodies.
The assigned responsible managers will participate in "Education Hour" classes held in schools every Friday.
