The head of state announced that he has signed a decree to launch the national program "President's Talented Children" and to establish the "Harvard School."

This institution will be organized as the Al-Biruni International School. This year, 60 eighth-grade graduates will be selected and prepared at the international school for "Top-10" universities.

Additionally, 208 advisors from Presidential and specialized schools will be assigned to general education schools.

Under the national program, these advisors will annually select 3,000 of the most promising students from schools and prepare them for prestigious U.S. universities such as Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Cornell.
