If someone has already submitted this document to a university but doesn't know the number, they can enter an approximate or incorrect number.

➡️Starting from July 15th, you also have the opportunity to submit documents for "transfer" through the relevant website during the admission process for transferring studies. In this case, uploading a transcript is sufficient.

✅Since the tests for applicants and "transfer students" are not held at the same time, they can easily take the exam, and after passing it successfully, they will later have to choose one option according to their preference.

⚠️Submitting documents for two different processes simultaneously is not prohibited and this will not cause any problems for the student in the future. However, it is not possible to study at two higher education institutions at the same time.
