By presidential decree, a program will be introduced to assist university graduates in finding employment.

It provides for:

▪️ full support for graduating students of higher educational institutions wishing to implement their business ideas in the process of bringing a business idea to a finished project, including financing on favorable terms;

▪️ Conducting open competitions in various fields among graduating and lower-level students of higher education institutions and assisting in the employment of winners.

In this process:

🔹 The practice of determining the need of potential employers, in particular large enterprises, for specialists with higher education and the formation of requirements for specialists will be established;

🔹 pre-professional training of competition winners is financed based on individual professional training programs at the request of potential employers;

🔹 Opportunities will be created for individual vocational training programs, internships at production facilities, and participation in short-term training courses at higher educational institutions abroad.

In addition, a Presidential Decree was adopted on the development of youth entrepreneurship.

According to it, the "Youth Business" program will be implemented in 2025-2027, which provides for:

Within the framework of the program, 350 thousand young people will be covered, including at least 100 thousand additional jobs for persons who have reached the age of 18 and not older than 30 years;

🔹Young entrepreneurs will be provided with comprehensive services, and JSC "Aloqabank" will be designated as the base "youth bank" for financial support of their activities;

🔹Preferential financial resources are allocated to youth startup and investment projects for the formation of modern entrepreneurial skills;

🔹support measures will be introduced in sectors and spheres of the economy, including innovative projects implementing digital technologies, as well as in the field of social entrepreneurship.

   Also, in accordance with the "First Step to Business" project, self-employed individuals  who have reached the age of 18 and have paid social tax no older than 30 years will be provided with a preferential microloan of up to 100 million soums in online form for a period of up to 7 years, including a grace period.

    Under the "Innovative Youth" project, young people will be supported through venture funds.
