The event was opened by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the UK Ravshan Usmanov. First Vice-Rector of Tashkent State University of Economics Komila Karimova expressed her sincere gratitude to the guests and made a presentation to the participants about the consistent reforms being carried out in our country today, indicators of development in the socio-economic spheres, as well as the unique historical heritage of our country, tourism potential.

After that, a video about the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Uzbekistan was shown. It should be noted that special attention was paid to the historical significance of the first UNESCO summit outside Paris in 2025 in Samarkand and the demonstration of Uzbekistan's rich cultural and tourism potential. During the event, the artistic team of the Tashkent State University of Economics gave unforgettable impressions to the participants of exhibitions and artistic performances aimed at demonstrating the rich cultural and tourism potential of Uzbekistan.

In particular, Babur Bobomurod, a member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, Honored Worker of Culture of Uzbekistan, the recipient of the "Friendship" Order, the poet, shared his views on the role of cultural life and literature in Uzbekistan, the freedom of creativity in our country, while Ilyos Arabov, the Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, composed of the shashmaqom, lazgi, national maqom melodies and songs included in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage in Uzbekistan, gave the participants an even higher mood The performance of a number of national dances, such as "Andijan Polka" and "Khorezm Lazgi" performed by the artistic team of TDIU, gave the event a special spirit and mood.

Also, within the framework of the event, a national art exhibition and a master class were held by the artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Professor Ortikali Kazakov. This process became a real source of inspiration for the guests. The unique works of Ortikali Kazakov not only deeply reflect the national traditions and culture of our people, but also feel the high mastery of art in each work. The master painter shared his experience and conveyed his ideas to young artists and art lovers through practical exercises.

During the master class, an opportunity was created to understand the essence of works through the game of national patterns and colors, as well as to learn about unique ways of expressing one's thoughts through art. In addition, during the promotional event, a member of the university's artistic team, Laylo Yakhshiboyeva, organized an exhibition of national handicrafts and national costumes available in Uzbekistan. In particular, the exhibition of national costumes made from Uzbek atlas and adras, included in the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage List, aroused a sense of admiration among the participants.
