Reposts 08/01/2025 Do university officials have the right not to include those who have not paid the entire contract in the final or intermediate periods?

Failure to pay the contract cannot be a reason for not admitting a student to the final and intermediate programs. If the student has not paid the contract at all, he can only be expelled from the student ranks.
It is absolutely impossible to exclude a student from the intermediate or final stage, deliberately drop them from the subject, not include them in the lesson, and perform other illegal actions.

Contract payment terms:

  • at least 25 percent of the established fee amount for applicants recommended to the student body until September 15 (or until the period established by the State Admission Commission), and for students of the second and subsequent years until October 1 (or until the period extended by the management of the university);
  • at least 50 percent of the established payment amount by January 1, 75 percent by April 1, and 100 percent by July 1 (or until the terms extended by the university's management);
  • until the deadlines set by the university administration for foreign citizens.
