From now on, students admitted to master's programs at state universities on the basis of additional admission will not be provided with educational loans. This is stipulated in the presidential decree on ensuring the implementation of the law on the state budget for 2025.

    According to it, it is not allowed to allocate educational loans for paying a differentiated tuition contract and other one-time payments equal to the minimum amount of the differentiated tuition contract for the purpose of studying in an educational organization, as well as for applicants and students admitted to master's programs of state higher educational institutions on the basis of additional admission parameters.
