Articles 11/07/2025 The transfer process is about to begin

To apply, you can register online through the following websites:

➡️ transfer.edu.uz - from one state university to another;

➡️ my.uzbmb.uz - from foreign and non-state higher educational institutions operating in foreign countries or the republic to state universities.

When will the applications be submitted?

1️🏻 Applications for transferring studies are submitted annually from July 15th to August 5th.

2️V Applications are reviewed annually from August 5th to August 30th.

Only 2 categories of students are allowed to transfer from one university to another in Uzbekistan:

If the student gets married, to the university at the place of residence of the spouse;

When a civil servant's place of work changes, their child or spouse may transfer their studies with the recommendation of the relevant manager.

The following documents are submitted for transfer:

1️Application indicating the direction of education, language of study and form of resettlement;

2️ copies of the rating book or academic certificate;

3️️if there is an internal transfer, a supporting document;

Copy of passport or ID.

Applications for transfer may be rejected in the following cases:

1️those who studied at foreign universities or their branches that do not have an accreditation;

2️for those who studied in a form of education other than the existing one;

to those who have studied in centers, departments, training and consulting centers, etc. of the HEI;

3️1st year Those who want to transfer studies before completing the 1st semester;

4️When there is no corresponding direction or form of education in the university, when the difference in subjects exceeds 4;

5️when those studying on a contract basis don't pay on time;

6️when the student's personal file is not issued on time;

in the absence of vacancies for transfer with a grant;

7️When the material and technical base of the university is limited;

intended admissions to transfer to another educational direction, to another higher educational institution;

8️ from evening education to correspondence education and from one educational field of evening education to another educational field;

9️from distance learning to full-time education and from one educational field of distance learning to another educational field;

1️V0️V from one form of education to a special correspondence form of education and from a special correspondence form of education to another form of education;

1️V1️V student is admitted based on mutual agreement between higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan and abroad and has studied or is studying under joint educational programs.

▶️ For transferring studies on a grant basis, only students studying on a grant can apply, and there must be grant places in the current year's admission quota of the university where the application was submitted.

▶️ Those studying on a grant basis in the quota allocated for the blind and people with disabilities will be transferred on a grant basis.

▶️ Those who want to transfer their studies from foreign universities to universities in Uzbekistan will take a special test (in the form of a test or written work or professional (creative) exam).
