By the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 29, 2025, the Regulation "On the Procedure for Admitting Vacationers to Recreation Centers in the System of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education" was approved.

According to it, the procedure for admitting employees of the ministry system, including teaching staff and gifted students (7-14 years old) of state general secondary education organizations, to recreation centers in the ministry system has been determined.

In recreation areas:

for employees of the ministry system and leading teachers - in September-May;

for gifted students - 12 days off in June-August.

Vouchers will be distributed based on selection criteria, and employees of the ministry system, teaching staff, and gifted students who have achieved the highest results will receive free vouchers on a sequential basis.

Advanced educators residing in the camps are selected based on the following criteria:

teachers who trained winners of international olympiads;

winners of international olympiads working as teachers;

teachers with international certificates in foreign languages and STEAM subjects (TESOL Level 5, SEFR B2, IELTS 6 and higher, as well as other certificates established by the Ministry);

teachers who trained the winners of the republican stage of the main Olympiads;

teachers who have won honorary places at the republican stage of reviews and competitions;

primary school teachers with the highest and first qualification categories, teachers of preschool educational organizations;

teachers who trained the winners of the regional stage of the main Olympiads.

Talented students (7-14 years old) will be selected based on the following criteria:

students who took 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in the section of subjects at the third and fourth stages of the main Olympiad;

winners of regional international olympiads;

students who participated in prestigious international olympiads;

winners of international competitions, festivals, and contests;

winners of the republican stage of various reviews, competitions, and contests organized by organizations of the republican level.

In recreation areas:

in spiritual and educational, entertainment, health improvement, sports, educational, and research areas;

various events are organized to develop the abilities of gifted students in the fields of tourism, sports, technology, reading, culture, and art.
