To apply, you can register online through the following websites:
➡️ transfer.edu.uz - from one state university to another;
➡️ my.uzbmb.uz - from foreign and non-state higher educational institutions operating in foreign countries or the republic to state universities.
When will the applications be submitted?
● Applications for transfer of studies are submitted annually from July 15 to August 5.
● Applications are reviewed annually from August 5 to August 30.
Only 2 categories of students are allowed to transfer from one university to another in Uzbekistan:
■ If the student gets married, to the university at the place of residence of the spouse;
■ When a civil servant's workplace changes, their child or spouse can transfer their studies with the recommendation of the relevant manager.
The following documents are submitted for transfer:
● Application indicating the direction of education, language of instruction, and form of transfer;
● copies of the rating book or academic certificate;
● if there is an internal translation, a supporting document;
● Copy of passport or ID.
Applications for transfer may be rejected in the following cases:
✅those who studied at foreign universities or their branches that do not have accreditation;
✅for those who studied in a form of education other than the existing one;
to those who have studied in centers, departments, training and consulting centers, etc. of the HEI;
✅Those who want to transfer studies before completing the 1st semester of the 1st year;
✅When there is no corresponding field of study or form of study at the university, when the difference in subjects exceeds 4;
✅when those studying on a contract basis don't pay on time;
✅when the student's personal file is not issued on time;
✅when there are no vacancies for relocation with grants;
✅When the material and technical base of the university is limited;
✅when those targetedly admitted want to transfer to another educational direction, to another higher education institution;
✅from evening education to correspondence education and from one educational field of evening education to another educational field;
✅ if a student is admitted based on mutual agreement between Uzbek and foreign higher education institutions and has studied or is studying under joint educational programs.
➡️For transferring studies on a grant basis, only students studying on a grant can apply, and there must be grant places in the current year's admission quota of the university where the application was submitted.
➡️Those studying on a grant basis in the quota allocated to the blind and persons with disabilities will be transferred on a grant basis.
➡️Those who want to transfer their studies from foreign universities to Uzbekistan universities will take a special test (in the form of a test or written work or professional (creative) exam).
