In this case, a measure of liability is applied to the parents under Part Two of Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. In other words, failure by parents or their substitutes to fulfill their obligations to educate and educate minors, including the commission of an administrative offense by minors, entails a fine of one to five times the base calculation amount.

If the same offenses are committed repeatedly within one year after the application of an administrative penalty, it is punishable by a fine of five to ten times the base calculation amount.
