News 01/04/2025 Those who score high on the national certificate exam in the Uzbek language will be reimbursed for the exam costs

From January 1, 2025, it is planned to reimburse young people who have achieved high scores (levels) on the national certificate exams in Uzbek language and literature. This will be funded by the Youth Affairs Agency's Fund for Supporting State Youth Policy.

A draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On the Introduction of a Procedure for Full Reimbursement of Exam Expenses for Young People Who Scored High (Levels) in the National Certificate Exam in Uzbek Language and Literature" has been published.

The following:

Administrative Regulations for the Provision of Public Services for the Full Reimbursement of Examination Costs to Young People Who Have Achieved High Scores (Levels) in National Certificate Examinations in Uzbek Language and Literature;

An examination system is approved, in which the cost of taking the exam will be compensated.

It has been established that: Starting from January 1, 2025, young people who have achieved high scores (levels) in the national certificate exams for Uzbek language and literature will be reimbursed for their exam expenses from the funds of the Youth Policy Support Fund of the Youth Affairs Agency.

The Agency:

a) by December 1, 2024:

will ensure the development of standard forms and templates for documents necessary for the provision of public services, and approve them in coordination with the Ministry of Justice;

in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, will develop technical documentation for the implementation of electronic public services on the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (UIPSP), and submit it to the Ministry of Digital Technologies for approval and confirmation;

The Ministry of Digital Technologies jointly launches a service that automatically verifies the compliance of documents submitted by applicants with established criteria and sorts data. This service also enables tracking the progress of applications at each stage of public service provision on the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services. Additionally, it ensures the connection of relevant ministries and departments to the Unified Portal and facilitates the integration of their information systems.

b) Starting from December 1, 2024, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry will organize training seminars involving public service center employees. These seminars aim to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of practical implementation of the administrative regulations approved by this resolution.

d) publishes and regularly updates information on its official website regarding the costs of taking the relevant examination by the organization authorized to conduct national certificate examinations in the subject of Uzbek language and literature.

The Agency, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Technologies, will create an information system for the electronic registry of applicants seeking compensation for examination costs from the Fund for Supporting State Youth Policy, and will implement measures for its further technical support and enhancement.
