The bonus is determined monthly based on the effectiveness of the work of teachers, psychologists, and library staff, as well as the quality of education.

The amount of the bonus can be up to 40% of the base tariff rate.

Bonus for teachers based on points:

• 65-70 points - 10%
• 71-75 points - 15%
• 76-80 points - 20%
• 81-85 points - 25%
• 86-90 points - 30%
• 91-95 points - 35%
• 96-100 points - 40%

For library staff:

• 65-75 points - 10%
• 76-85 points - 15%
• 86-100 points - 20%

For psychologists:

• 65-75 points - 10%
• 76-85 points - 15%
• 86-100 points - 20%

Note: The bonus for the new academic year is determined based on the results of the previous academic year at the expense of the Fund.
