You can't:

• Internal transfer (changing the direction of education or form of education within a single university);
• Transfer to another university within one region (for example, transfer to another university in one region);
• Transfer of studies abroad or from their branches on the territory of the republic;
• Transfer of studies from state universities to private universities;
• Transfer of studies from private universities to state universities;
• Movements towards mutual transfer of study between private universities;
• Processes of transferring any studies related to a private university;
• Transfer from abroad to public or private universities.

NOTE: During the winter admission process, transfer of studies is carried out without any special examinations. The submitted documents will be reviewed by the ministerial commission, based on which a conclusion will be issued.
